We hope to make that information available to help clients achieve and maintain optimal skin beauty and health without breaking the bank. We want to help people understand what they need, when, and how to get it. We assess your skin “assets” to articulate a simplified path to get you to your best skin, in the most cost-effective way.
@theBrightenBar™ we offer some of the treatments we believe are essential to the enhancement, maintenance and restoration of good skin. Most of these services are not unique, however, our approach is. Our goal is not to keep you coming to us as often as possible. Nor is it to have you spend more money by adding ‘nice to have’ steps to justify charging higher prices. We are different because we’ve built our treatment protocols around effectivity and efficacy. We’ve deconstructed core treatments, stripping out all unnecessary steps, and reconstructed them to focus 100% on those elements that provide measurable, meaningful benefits. For example, at most spas, during a typical hour-long facial peel service, more than 1/3 of that time is spent doing little more than washing your face. @theBrightenBar, a similar service has been reengineered to reduce face washing down to about 5 minutes!

DR. BRIAN J. SHIPLE, MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Doctor, medical director, author, lecturer , sports enthusiast and family man, Dr. Shiple is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, the International Cellular Medicine Society, the American Association of Orthopaedic Medicine, and the International Spine Intervention Society. In addition to helping thousands of patients through his own practice, Dr. Shiple served as team physician to several local school districts, was the founding medical director of the Philadelphia Triathlon at Fairmount Park, was the chief medical officer of the Pennsylvania State Games from 1994-2006, and was a volunteer team physician of the US Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs in 2003. Dr Shiple is fortunate to be surrounded by four beautiful and accomplished women in his life. Three daughters and his lovely wife, Eileen.

Rima Vanhill-Seal, Licensed Aesthetician, is passionate about skin care and antiaging. After a long and successful corporate legal career spanning over 25 years, last November Rima decided to give up her executive position in the hi-tech industry to establish THINK SKIN LLC, a unique concept in the Skincare and Beauty world, to provide one on one skin care consultations entirely independent of retailing or sales of services. Rima is committed to demystifying skin care for all of us by identifying things that actually work. "I want to learn what really works and why, and then I want to simplify that information for others; good skin doesn't have to cost a lot, you just need to know what to do and how”! Because Rima's primary interest is in medical aesthetics, and in particular, in facial and skin rejuvenation using stem cell, she knew she wanted to work closely with a doctor who specializes in, and has deep knowledge of, stem cell therapy. "This is cutting edge, and although we know a lot, we are still only scratching the surface of possibilities. I need to translate this knowledge into affordable treatments for our clients". Her favorite treatment to perform is microneedling. "It's just so amazingly effective, especially when coupled with stem cytokines and growth factors”. Rima has been interested in all things décor, beauty and makeup for as long as she can remember. When she's not obsessing about skin care, Rima enjoys international travel, water sports, reading, writing, dancing, red wine and laughter-filled nights with her husband, Ron, and her family and friends.
KELLY
Kelly Shiple, PA-C is a certified physician assistant focused on results driven treatment solutions to help patients achieve optimal state of health and wellbeing while enhancing, restoring, or maintaining their confidence level, and increasing their quality of life and level of happiness. Under the guidance of Dr. Brian Shiple, renowned author and doctor in the field of regenerative sports medicine, Kelly assists in a variety of procedures at The Center for Sports Medicine (LINK). At Chadds Ford Wellness, Kelly specializes in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) as well as performing minimally invasive injection procedures for aesthetic, regenerative, and healing purposes. In addition to a wide array of Botox, dysport and dermal fillers, Kelly offers a variety of unique services, such as the Vampire Facial, made famous by Kim Kardashian. “We are excited to welcome Rima and theBrightenBar to Chadds Ford Wellness where we provide an open environment where no topic is off limits and all patients feel comfortable discussing subjects about health and aging. Together we are committed to helping restore the toll that aging can take. Wellness and beauty, inside and out, is our goal”. Kelly grew up in Wilmington, DE graduated from Ursuline Academy. Kelly came to her medical profession in a roundabout way, starting out as a Blue Hen as a fashion-merchandising student, she graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. Kelly attended Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, FL where she received her master’s degree of medical science and physician assistant studies.

Brian J. Shiple, DO, CAQSM, RMSK, medical director, author and nationally recognized leader in the fields of interventional and integrative orthopedic medicine, regenerative injection treatment (RIT), sports medicine, and diagnostic ultrasound,Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Prolotherapy injection work. He has been in private practice since 2006 after completing thirteen years as the division chief of Sports Medicine and founder and director of the Sports Medicine Fellowship program at Crozer-Keystone Health System in the Greater Philadelphia area. He is involved in clinical research and is an active member of various national sports medicine and orthopedic organizations. In the past fifteen years, he has spoken at over one hundred conferences and taught RIT to more than a thousand doctors from eighteen countries. He has also made seven medical service trips to Honduras where he provided prolotherapy treatments to underserved people in that country. One of Philadelphia Magazine's "Top Docs”, Dr. Shiple has appeared on TV and in numerous publications. His acclaimed book, Regenerative Healing for Life, is a comprehensive guide to understanding and treating injuries and pain without surgery
